Dr. Yoav Gronovich is the Director of the Plastic Surgery Department at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem and a graduate of the faculty of medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Gronovich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and in Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Gronovich completed his residency at the Plastic Surgery Department of the Shaare Zedek Medical Center and continued his specialization in Plastic Surgery at the University of Miami, Florida, USA. His field of specialization centered in reconstructive plastic surgery and advanced aesthetic surgeries including face and neck, breast, abdomen, thighs and buttocks and the use of autologous fat for reconstructive purposes.

Dr. Yoav Gronovich lectures at the Faculty of Medicine of the Hebrew University. He is a member of the Educational Committee of the Faculty and a member of the medical students' Reception Committee and is on the Examining Board of the students graduating in surgery.

Dr. Gronovich sees great importance in combining clinical and surgical activity with academic research. He is the author of dozens of studies, has developed a number of surgical techniques and medical devices, and lectures at medical symposiums in Israel and abroad on the aesthetic and reconstructive aspects of plastic surgery.

Dr. Yoav Gronovich is an active member of the Israeli Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, as well as of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the International Society of Plastic Surgery and of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
